I've been doing this whole "working out 2 times a day thing.' right now. It's pretty rough. I do cardio in the morning for an hour and then in the afternoon I lift and use the rowing machine or get on the bike. I reeeeaaallly like it. I am getting to the point where if I don't work out I feel shitty and depressed. Now I just need to figure out how to get more sleep.
