Gorgeous; you know I'm a university prof, but don't let anybody give you grief about quitting school. You have to be you. And you're young; you can pick it up later if you want to. Glad to hear about your job and that things are happier for you. Most happy you're out of the abusive relationship. I just cannot fathom how someone can hurt another human being like that. So sorry for your loss. My dad passed away just over a year ago. Can't believe it's been that long.

Dealing with the loss of a loved one is never easy, to say the least. Whilst I can't promise it gets easier, or that you'll ever miss him any less, at least the pain will subside...eventually.

I'll be thinking of you, and wishing you all the best during this difficult time.
