Wheaton Wiggle Waggle Walk

Ladies and gentlemen, I now turn the mic over to my wife, Anne Wheaton, so she can tell you about something that's incredibly important to both of us:

"We did our first Wiggle Waggle Walk weeks after losing our dog Ferris to cancer in 2009. Ferris was a rescue dog (I found her abandoned at a bus stop, and rescued her...

I posted this on G+ earlier, but I'm also posting it here because I think it's important.

On the way out of the Syfy party on Saturday night, a pretty horrible thing happened. I wasn't going to talk about it in public, but I can't stop thinking about it, and I think this needs to be said.

If you camp out in front of my...

Happy Be-Lated Birthday!! I read what your favorite TV shows are and I was surprised that "The Big Bang Theory" was not on there. BTW, the episodes you've been on have been some of the funniest!!

I tried really hard to make it all the way through Suicide Girls Must Die tonight, but I kept thinking, "you know, it's incredibly shitty that these girls think it's real. In fact, it's exploitative and wrong." I just had to turn it off, because I felt dirty.

I hope the girls who were unwitting participants in the film got some share of whatever profits...

Are you posting this in an SG Easter Egg from the past?

Hahaha.... this is adorable, and I shall have to steal it to send to my friend in Korea. She will appreciate the humor tongue Have you seen the last episode of Who? That Moffat is a bastard, but in a good way.

My short story, Hunter, has been released as a pay-what-you-want eBook in three DRM-free formats: mobi for Kindle, epub for everything else, and pdf.

You can grab a copy at Wil Wheaton Books dot Com. If you like it, please tell your friends.

You know how you have that one friend who saw some shitty band, like My Morning Jacket, and he just won't shut the fuck up about how amazing and life changing it was? So you listen, and sure there's that one song that was on American Dad, but the rest of it is just bullshit garbage, and you don't want to be a dick, but...

I saw this on Twitter today. I'm not really surprised that there's a XXX TNG parody, just that it took so long to happen.

I hope it's as funny as it should be, and that New Sensations gives me a free copy because, yanno.

Today, I was going to write a post for my blog about Obama, wondering when the guy I thought I campaigned and voted for was going to come back ... but after going through the record of his first two years in office, I'm beginning to wonder if he ever existed at all.

The more I dig, the angrier I get. I thought I was...

So much disappointment! The thing that really gets me is how much support he had from the disenfranchised, the portion of our country that rarely votes, but did get out to vote for him. And how incredibly betrayed THEY must be feeling. They sure as hell didn't vote in the midterms, and why would they?

Unfortunately, I think much of what we all wanted was stymied in congress. I read the original draft of healthcare reform and have been baffled at how healthcare reform became health insurance premium reform. . . It seemed so much like the war on terrorism be directed at Iraq. Sadly the whole system is broken and it no matters who we elect to the highest office anymore.

Although I am not a proponent of anarchy, the whole frackin system needs to be burned to the ground. Remember that Jefferson recommended that the constitution be burned each generation and re-written. We're a few generations behind but it's time to start over and build a working government (again).

I kind of love that Smurfasaur has a tattoo of my friend Adam on her thigh. It's things like this that make my life especially surreal (and awesome).
