I've got the triumph all torn apart again. this time I'm stripping sanding & polishing all the aluminum stuff. Triumph in their infinite wisdom decided to anodize the aluminum an aluminum color then clear coat it. So basically it looks like plastic painted to look aluminum.

My mom is withdrawing from remeron right now and is gonna quit her lexapro pretty soon. Said it made here absent minded. She read online that that withdrawal from lexapro can be a little rough.
Halfway to 70! I'm going to do something stupid and immature to celebrate, but I haven't really decided what yet. Maybe see how high we can jump the forklift or something.

I think you are on the right track. I see an applied kineseologist regularly and he fixes my allergies and other aches and pains but I haven't really followed his dietary advice. I think I am finally going to have to. Dairy is a big no no for me and I eat lots of cheese and a pint of Ben and Jerrys every day. He also told me to quit caffiene 3 years ago and I haven't gotten around to that yet. I have and appt. with him on Friday. Til then I'm gonna try to avoid the dairy and wheat and ween off the caffeine.
