not quite gone, just not often here.

still no internets. tried to remedy with a wireless card on the laptop, but all the wireless around me is protected. gonna spring for a wireless router when I can afford to. hope y'all are all doing well. I haven't been up to much other than working. it's getting busy again. 50 hour weeks at least. Getting a raise at work...long overdue.

Still without a computer. I have the parts. I just need enough time to actually be home to have a tech come by and do the work to replace the board. no longer have cellphone internets because the cellphone died. pictures to follow. new cellphone doesn't talk nice to the computer so no internets there either. I'm down in San Antonio for the rainy weekend...

still waiting to get the main battleship computer fixed. Motherboard has been sent and probably got delivered while I was at work so I'll have to wait until Monday to pick it up from the office. Until then I continue chugging along with the little steam powered cruiser laptop and cell phone dialup internets. :/

I'll probably have to mail it back to the manufacturer. thank god for warranties. I called the third party tech support that came with the computer. Apprantly I scared the poor tech so bad he stammered something...get this...about waiting a couple days and seeing if it didn't start working again? THAT was his solution. I hung up on him.
