To an odd girl from an odd man: I find these resolutions really interesting. As several above had pointed out, #'s 1 and 2 are completely accomplished, but that's a perception of others. Do what you need to do for yourself, as long as your perceptions of yourself are true - meaning, don't get into that supermodel stick figure thing.
To my thinking, #3 is key. Not simply "get another job that doesn't suck", but understand that you deserve, we all deserve, opportunity for "right livelihood". Meaningless labor is a life sucker. They are all connected. Once we figure out that we deserve to be happy and fulfilled, things fall into place. Maybe even things like Boyfriend or Girlfriend issues.
Finally, I'd be interested to hear how you define the "glamorous" life. Not Paris Hilton, surely. But also, not just the end of drudgery, or of living in a drab town. Something more. Something specific?
You got me rambling... I just thought this was a really interesting post. Best to you in everything!
