And the best thing when going on a diet is to have a cheat meal once a week. If you dont do that and totally cut out some foods youll just end up on a binge.
Whenever my ex complained about her weight, I would always say "No I don't think you're fat, you're gorgeous, but if you're not happy with yourself, do something to change that"
