- My weekend rock! I had a friend come visit me from back home in Canada and we had such a great time.

-blue would taste and smell like the ocean, that is why I love this color. It reminds me of clear ocean water when the sun it hitting it and making it that vibrant royal blue...I love it.

-what is your general state of mind today? frustrated/overwhelmed..trying to be positive/optimistic ..but ending up with my normal "i'm doomed feeling" ....just realized I have a third "syndrome" my doctor failed to tell me about.. just saw it on my perscription for physical therapy... not only do I have "patella-femoral pain syndrome," "spondylolisthesis," but also.. "chronic myofascial pain syndrome" ...but I'll just go whine on the "chronic pain" group..until my subscription here runs out..which is soon
