So I played pincushion at the hospital today ... had 14 test tubes of blood drawn for transplant tests , 2 more shots out of 6 shots for my hepatitis vaccine , sat for 1/2 hour with a IV iron drip , and topped it all off with 1 of my 2 weekly epogen shots . Next Tuesday I get to go back and review...

I have a few options for my problem I believe:
1. provide proof after graduation that I completed the hours (before sending out everything to New York state for me to be provisionally certified).
2. fight for them to accept the practicum hours (took and passed the class) as part of my required hours.
my hope is that the second choice is considered. however, that waits to be seen. since I got credit for the class, I do not see why it should not be counted.
basically, because I dropped my internship part way last semester, I lose all those hours. additionally, it was designed for 5 8 hour days over 15 weeks, but for my internship site, they took 1 hour lunches (which I had to deduct from my time) yet I completed over 15 weeks.
who knows! this sucks, that's all I know!

Busy day today ... I finally finished working on my garage ... double pane windows , drywall , insulation , lighting , new garage door , all new colored plastic exterior trim and weatherstripping , and a 20,000 BTU heater Now I can lift weights and work on my project car in comfort

as for the snow, I believe the forecast was a "dusting" of snow...we got a few inches at least. it started coming down around 1 AM and kept up for a good, long time. yeah, it was interesting working last night.
