The Faint are definitely synth-pop (Wet From Birth excluded, it's a lot more "punky"). Dance rock really is a terrible term but I've yet to coin another one; I use it as an all-encompassing moniker including sub-genres like electro-clash, synth/moog/keyboard based rock and punk, that type of thing. I'm admittedly pretty clumsy at finding words to classify music most of the time, which kind of fucks over arguments I have, hah. I hesitate to say "the kind of music they play at Club Bang". You know?

Yeah, man, things have been interesting as per usual. Anyway, nice finding the goggles.
Inventory time. Sorting and organizing can take a lot longer than you think - I think that as a general rule we all tend to accumulate more than we imagine as we go. And I think I tend to hold onto even more than I should, so this is usually also a good time to determine what needs to be discarded.
