@drwhosit It hurts most when I try to bend forward. When I try curling up in a ball the pain most from my back to my sides. I have never experienced this before. As I said it is usually my upper back that is sore and never my lower.

@briannababe Hope you are feeling better now!!  The best of course is letting nature do its job. But most of the times that isn't what I have the time for to do (I am a bit stubborn). You mentioned paracetamol and ibuprofen. Last time I took 1000mg of paracetamol and 400mg of ibuprofen at once. A docter won't tell you to, but for me it helped. Know you aren't allowed to normaly and I know I won't do it very often but being able to move at that moment was more important to me. The pain had gone. It came back after half a day, but far less. No I am not a docter, so be carefull if you do this!!

Thats fantastic! I happen to have a large jar of organic coconut oil at home and that sounds like something worth trying. Even if just for my own curiosity. Also works splendidly for massages.

@yourimmortal Coconut oil is great for a lot. Helps with hair, skin, teeth! It does taste disgusting so you can put a little mouthwash in with it, it just doesnt work so fast cause the oil is diluted. I would defo reccommend it and it isn't like it can cause any harm unless you swallow alot of the oil, then you might have an upset stomach, haha!
