had to go cuz I haven't gone in a year. lost 15 lbs in that year hiatus, got my blood pressure down a bit but still high. she gave me a physical (yes...a physical) a diptheria-tetanus booster (when i go to spain in oct.) and drew blood for lab work...my right arm hurts.

we went office space on a copier a few months ago at work....we had suffered that thing's poor performance for far far too long....so we destroyed it.....i never really cared for office equipment in general....i'll prolly just break em my desk on the other hand....and the count room....both good places for sex...
