I am totaly a little down. I would love to get a new video camera but remember I am not a cam Whore like you. hhehehe. I am just super lonely down here that is all. they couldn't really tell me much. she said it could be bacterial or viral... so i got a Z-pack. which is rad. cause 9 times outta 10 that makes me feel better. here's to hoping.
they did also some blood work to see if it's mono or a thyroid thing. the doc is gunna call tomorrow morning...

We're going to bring our laptop with us. There's wifi at pretty much all the camps. If we're staying at a camp without wireless, we can always find a bookstore with wifi.
I hope you feel better. It sucks being ill. I swear all of you symptoms remind me of the issues I've been plagued with for years.
Take a look at this link.. You might find it interesting. This is what I was diagnosed with. My doctor suggested I do a few things. First, she told me to make sure I sleep with my head slightly elevated in bed. This prevents a lot of problems caused by a major nerve getting pinched in your neck. I also eat small meals every 3-4 hours. This is one of the hardest parts. You're never sure what defines a "small" meal. The next thing is I try to take a 15-20 min walk after every other meal. Since I've started and stuck to this regimen, I feel SO much better. I don't even have to take meds for my blood sugar anymore (yep I was starting to experience the diabetic side of Dysautomonia.)
This might not work for you. Seriously though, read the article. If you've never read anything about Dysautonomia in the past, you'll find this very interesting. The biggest link to dysautonomia in young people is a sedentary life style. Problem is, people who experience Dysautonomia have a low tolerance for exercise when they have a flair up.
Anywho, check it out and if it sounds like your symptoms, talk to your doctor about it.

yay! ithe other is a special itunes presale if you bought the album through itunes...did you read about the vip tickets?....i soooo want one but damn, they're over $100....we're sooo goin though.....i'm submittin a vacation day request on thursday and i plan to buy 2...and if geoff doesn't take the 2nd, i'm sure i can find someone to...one of us should buy all 3 on saturday & pay the other back so we sit together for sure!
