today is another day in undergrad land as i find myself trying to find a decent seat in a 500 student lecture hall. at least i don't seem to be the only senior who saved their requirements for last. gah...
two more days until i'm published officially and 35 hours until i'm paid. i can't wait for either.

today i swung by the emerald office to drop off the CD with my comics for the term. while i was there i had to fill out tax info since now i'm official on payroll as an illustrator (sweet!) and take a headshot for my bio on their webpage.
i'm stoked on it.

i staggered home, put out the garbage for pick up in the morning, plugged in my cell phone, set my alarm clock and took a vitamin and two ibuprofen for the impending hangover.

after all the cleaning yesterday i drank two glasses of what was apparently cheap wine. i revisted those two glasses shortly afterward but felt remarkably better.

made my first batch of truffles ever last night.
i tried adding bailey's for flavor but i wasn't sure how much i could add before the chocolate would never solidify again.
couldn't taste it at all in the end.
next batch will be a double, so hopefully i can add more.
tripledead helped out, consequently there are turd shaped truffles. dork.
