We are back... sadly. I miss my doggie, and even LittleFierceOne - a complete cat person - has admitted he will miss him, too. Nukie has that affect on people. He's the best doggie ever, and will be sorely, sorely missed. I still cry every now and then... but I will see him again, eventually. Just gotta finish school first. And he's happy in the...

Well, my wife has discussed a possible weakness in the ticket...apparently the cameras and the ticketing company (for lack of a better term) are private and NOT part of Monroe PD. And there are no points or anything on my record.

Sounds like a racket to me.

Glad you enjoyed the trip. Look forward to meeting you sometime!

Glad you're home and happy ... and to hear that your bf is actually alive and all. You should tell him to update sometime this year. tongue

Off we go! See you happy people in a week or so... I may get online while on vacation, but probably not so much.

Take care, and I'll be sure to take lots and lots of pictures to bring back with me!

kiss

Have a safe trip!

LittleFierceOne and I leave for New Mexico on Friday... we're driving, so that I can take my dog out there to stay with my parents until I finish school.

This is going to be both a very good and very sad trip - I am going to miss my fluffy baby very much, but it'll be really good to get out of NC and see...

Yeah the play is a lot of fun.

Man that's going to be a long trip. Expensive too with gas prices at $3.00 a gallon. I hope it's safe and uneventful.
madman31:
You said it. They're done for the most part now, save for the late papers I have yet to receive yet. Oh, how I hate that!

Dude! It's HOT! And not in the good way... in the "holy crap it's only April and it's too hot for sex" way... too hot for sex is not good. At all. Period.

What happened to April? *sigh* Mosquito bites and bee sex on the hood of my car and pollen everywhere and sweaty Sunday naps... waking up in a pool of your own sweat...

I think I always want the season opposite of what it is, save spring and fall. If I were in oregon, I would probably just want less rain. Wherever the prefect climate is, the real estate and/ or cost of living must be high as hell. Check out SGNC if ye haven't already. wink

Jesus christ! IK was just trying to use the "back" button, and all this ^ happened! WTF?

I believe I have finally caught whatever LittleFierceOne had. I have a sore throat, headache, tired... no fever, yet, but we'll see tonight. I feel alright, enough... my throat even feels better today than yesterday.

In other news, I just can't seem to get motivated to do the things I know I need to do. I really should get on that. We leave for New...

My backlist of things to do is piling up pretty fast as well. Hopefully I can get a few things under my belt this weekend.

But get those taxes in!

So, my dad and stepmom out in New Mexico have been having a rough time. My father, the typical tough-except-when-my-daughters-cry kind of guy has been pretty depressed, lately, due to several things. It's hard to hear it in his voice, and especially difficult to talk to him about it. This man has more reasons to be depressed than anyone else I know... so I'm not...

It was a joke. There wasn't anything there to see.

I kinda like being the only one up some mornings... gives me the same feeling as when I was little, getting up before anyone else, watching cartoons cuddled up on the couch under blankets with my Chunky dog (a stuffed animal I *still* have - in the next room, actually).

Some quiet time to myself is always nice.

In any case, I think I shall...

I concur. I am usually up a couple hours before the wife on the weekends. I consider that my quiet 'me' time. I surf the internet, check my email, soak in the tub, read, or whatever. Stuff like that keeps you healthy--I am convinced of it.

What to write, what to write? The problem with having an online journal is that if your life is boring, so to is your journal.

And it's not so much that my life is boring, as that it doesn't change much... same old, same old: work, sleep, moving, school...

but things seem to be in a good place at the moment. Which is nice. So...

Thanks. That was the day you guys came up to Asheville.

Just make stories up, we'll never know.

Apparently Tybalt Kinney forwarded me this email back in 1995 and I've FINALLY gotten it. Thank goodness, because otherwise I never would have known that "tbsp.. dancing as turgid and ballet was carbon dioxide, was that first-degree, and country music the in an lime incredulous browse. bedspread"

*sigh* spam sucks. But I have to say, this one's randomness was mildly entertaining. Does sending the outdated...

The weather has been a bit too warm for my taste in March. But, it's nice to feel like spring. I feel instantly happier, like something wonderful is about to happen, and all the shit I've had to go through all winter is totally worth it, now. I only wish I could bottle it up for the winter time... even though I thoroughly enjoy winter,...

Yeah I watched The Breakfast Club last night. It brought back memories.

The weather has been great, but now it's going to change for a while.

Get to work, you. And enjoy the weather while it lasts. The piping hot stuff is only a couple of months away.

Who says you can't go back in time?

Today I've decided to move back on campus during school. It'll be cheaper, closer, and make me feel better.

So, my stuff is going into storage and I'll have to find somewhere to stay for a few months. It's the best option for me, because I was waaaaay more focused when I lived on campus than when...

I just got paid. I have no money. I can't stand being broke (but I can't think of anyone I'd rather be broke with. kiss )

In other news, I have decided that I need another hobby... I play the violin, when I remember to go to rehearsal (which I just realized I forgot this week...), but I think I need a physical hobby. I've never...
