Did yoga, today - it was really difficult since I'm out of shape. My flexibility is gone, and even when I can stretch into a pose, I'm too big and heavy to stay there for long, and not strong enough to support myself. I really need to work on losing weight - I have no energy, no motivation, and my mood sucks. Blech.
