So the Old World Bestiary is kicking all sorts of ass, I just finished a piece for a book next year and now, the largest project of my professional writing career is fast approaching, one I've wanted to work on for oh, literally, 20 years.

Back in the saddle again.

Well, the book I worked on will be out in a few days, and the book I wrote will follow within a month.

Early buzz is good - everybody says the new edition of WFRP rocks, except a few of the old grognards who didn't really want any changes anyway.

Screw 'em - the job's a good'un.

A good friend of mine has recently accepted a position of power within the game industry. This bodes well for my future.

Another friend has managed to get his TV show idea picked up for a pilot / possible series. If that goes well... it could also bode well for my future.

Odd thing to get what you thought you wanted and find out it isn't all that it was made out to be.
