The Typography Department has completed the order. All is ready for this evening's festivities. Of course, nothing is truly ready until the Accounting Department triple-checks all 26 are there & the QC Department checks each disk for flaws.

Lousy State of Michigan Treasury Department...

I sent in my tax payment March 31st. Check cleared April 6th. Today, July 20th, I receive a Final Bill for Taxes Due. Fine, I'll just pop on over to my online bank & print off a copy of the check, right?
