I just finished reading Tom Robbins' "Skinny legs and All." I almost feel as if I were Ellen Cherry Charles, that painted Jezebel, who witnessed the Dance of the Seven veils in the Middle Eastern restaraunt and heard the voice, that with every falling veil, spoke to her.
