I agree about the Ultimate series being just another clever marketing tool to make us buy more comics! I am usually disappointed with the story by the time I am finished, but I still but them sometimes..I will have to check out the Hulk/Wolverine book you mentioned...I am a life long Marvel/DC devotee (yes, I love them both, but classic books, mostly: I am into Avengers (hate the new series), Thor (my favorite, mmmmaaaaaaddd that they stopped writing the book...bring it back, damn it!), Dr. Strange, Scarlet Witch, Wonder Woman, Superman, JLA, Supergirl--I am apparantly attracted to absolute power (Spiderman does not fulfill my comic desires) and great art, especially when it comes to female characters (hence Wanda, Diana, and Kara Zor-El..have you checked out those books recently?). Nice to see that you are a fellow devotee, even if you sound like strickly a Marvel Girl, or am I wrong?

The new Neil Gaiman movie, "MirrorMask", is friggin GREAT!!! The characters, the scenery, the effects, the dialog.....everything was just exceptional.
