Forgive me for being tangential in advance.
As someone who has closely followed the NHL lockout, it's become exceedingly obvious to me how much the media is used to spread misinformation to aid one group's cause or another. There have been numerous "quotes" and "leaks" to the media which turn out to be complete lies. Furthermore, journalists have been proven to have been paid off to promote the message of one of the groups in the collective bargaining. It's rather disgusting.
So, when I read your posts in the news thread, they struck a chord. When I first read the story it seemed a little farfetched -- more that teenagers would just up and bake cookies at 10:30PM than at the lady's reaction; also comment about the dance including "drinking and swearing" smelled suspicious.
So, I too think it's a plant. Thanks for the posts...I hope you keep contributing.
