I bought DONNIE DARKO i dont know maybe 2 weeks ago and havent watched it yet! I have NEVER seen it! I bought it because EVERYONE here list it in their favs ...JUST KIDDING i got it b/c it sounds like my kind of movie (and Ebert gave it a thumbs-up and i like what he likes...mostly.)i also bought APPLESEED...AKIRA and HOUSE OF 1000 CORPSES...

make sure you have the time to watch darko and concentrate on it. Don't watch it while you are doing something, you need to think while the movie is going. Not saying it'll completely make sense either way, but it's a thinking man's movie.

plans for monday:go to sleep ,wake up ha ha,workout for an hour,goto Walmart get some hard copies of digial "film", go see that "smoking " movie,learn some spanish,watch 24 ,see if ANYONE will comment on THIS ,be surprised if anyone has,sleep after doing some book reading ...and throw some XBOX in there somewhere... smile

i don't know if it counts as a documentary, but i'm a really big fan of "super size me". (except for the vomiting scene, of course.) it'll kick any mcdonalds habit.

i also don't know where you stand politically, but i really like "farenheit 9/11". and to be fair, i've also watched "farenHYPE 9/11". just to see how the other half lives.
