have you been staying out of the sun? just try and open the curtains/blinds more and maybe get the u.v. lights. see if it helps cause it may be s.a.d.d. and they will make a difference. my mom has it.

All I can say is im jealous of how much you get tattooed... but then again, after xmas ill be coming home with at least 4-6 new piercings
And I too tend to have seasonal depression; not usually too bad. Tha could be because I live in California and all; I know being in IL probably made it worse for me.
So my advice would be to move to California.
