Well, it's Christmas, the turkey is in the oven, the presents are open... things are good. I've never cooked a turkey before. I was raised vegetarian- I didn't learn to cook bacon until I was 16. But it was relatively painless. There were no guts or anything to speak of... I guess the turkey people do that part for you. *whew*
