Wow! I am VERY jealous. I was a student of Pan Gai Noon as a young kid.... studied ofr a few years with Sefu Cole down in Scituate, MA. As I got older it seemed events in my life always kept away from it all, either because of money issues or moving etc. It's something I have always regreted never continuing. That is awesome what you have done in your life and continue to do. Cheers!
Tomorrow afternoon starts the wkend seminar with the Grandmaster, I am jumping out of my body right now. Meeting this man let alone getting instruction from him in Chen will be a dream come true even if only for a couple days. *kid in a candy store*

I'm right there with you man. I am so into rediscovery right now. Trying to strip down everything I thought was me to find the core of who I TRULY am, sans ego and without expectation. It's SO not easy, and can be extremely emotional at times, but I really feel like at this point in my life I have to do this. It's a choice. Great question. Nice job!!

we mostly don't see each other every weekend because of work. we both need time to have jobs in order to get money to see each other, which is another issue. plus we have to be able to see our friends and go out with them too. it sucks a LOT but we've done 2 years of it already. thankfully this year is the last one (i hope!!!)
