Almost new house. It failed the inspection...and I leave the country in six weeks. I'd hate to come back and not have somewhere to unpack. Not really liking my options here. If y'all have any good mojo to spare, pass some along my way.
My optimism from last week seems to have been premature. Unless someone knows the Cash Fairy or can do quantum math with my finances, i'm officially out of the house hunting game. Can't afford a house in a reasonable commute. Can't afford a decent two bedroom apartment. Can't afford a one bedroom apartment and a storage unit Not really sure what's next.
