Ah, long weekend ahead. I cannot wait. I am so completely exhausted, just going in to work totally wipes me out, then I have to stay there the whole day. My throat is pretty sore again, just raw from eating solid food. I'm going to try and go back to something a little more soft for a time.

My throat has finally stopped hurting for the most part. I'm heading back to work on Monday. Bleh, don't want to go, but I guess I have no choice. At least my throat won't hurt so bad.

So, it's 10 days out from the surgery and I feel...okay. I'm off the oxy, gods that stuff makes me feel strange. Gave me bad dreams and only let me sleep a few hours at a time. Surgery went well. I had a bleeder afterwards that left me coughing up partially coagulated blood from my throat for about 2 hours until they, basically, spot-welded it closed. Got about 2 cups worth from that. Yum!
So far my throat doesn't feel too much worse than a really bad sore throat. The uvulva is really swollen and I keep trying to cough it up....

Tomorrow I'm to be at the hospital at 6:00 am. Bleh. But, at least it will be done early since the cutting begins at 7:30. Wish me luck. I'll update in a few days or so, whenever I feel better.

This Thursday I get my tonsils out. Erg. Then for the next two weeks afterwards I'll be at home recovering. This should be very unpleasant. Hopefully it will open up my airway a bit and make it easier to breath. And, since I won't be able to eat any solids, I'll def lose weight on that liquid diet.

Feeling much better. Still not great but definately on the road to full recovery.

The other teacher's husband got a job in Colorado, so they moved suddenly this summer. It was always a possibility, but I don't think they were expecting for him to get it. I'm going to post more update in a minute. (Still don't have it, but I will know tomorrow.)

Okay! I have a weird practice schedule Saturday. I practice 8-10 in the morning, and 3-5 in the afternoon, but I can leave early from the later one so I can get clean. We're skating on a different surface, and I want the experience, but not necessarily the two full practices.

Indian's have special powers with doctors. They pay attention when we say stuff... unsure if we are doctors ourselves.
