I'll second what Sadista said, and I'll add that, although body fat percentage is important to consider, what's more important is to simply be in good overall health. That you're exercising at all goes a long way.

K_Rex is headed to San Diego today for a 2 hour meeting on Wednesday and she comes back on Thursday night. Really, why not have a web conference? I just don't understand the way some comapnies spend money.
Wow $1200 is some serious rent. I haven't rented in about 10 years but that still seems high. San Diego for a two hour meeting seems pretty nice (if you are not paying).
Two good restaurants in the area are Udupi (vegetarian with some Southern Indian stuff) in Cary and Sitar (non-veg) in Durham. I checked in with my parents and they concur that these are the two good ones in the area. If you guys need a guide to the cuisine, I will take you guys out some time. It has been a while since I have eaten Indian food myself.

Interesting that you chose that picture. I thought it was the weakest of them all. I like it, but it's quite cluttered. The light and shadows are great though! I can hardly wait for the sun to come out again, I'm so eager to shoot these with a better camera.
