I have felt crappy all day. Not sure what the deal is, but my head has felt light and not all there. Not sure if it's just allergies...? Anyway, slept all day long and was ready to go back to bed 2 hours ago. I think I'm going to bite the bullet and go now.

Bleh, first visit to the nutritionist. Eating has just become much less enjoyable for me, but it's for the best. I think I stymied her though when I told her I was going to start exercising next week and she said how about today, and I said...No.
