Using a disc doctor, I was able to salvage my scratched-up copy of Saving Private Ryan, but it looks like my Almost Famous disc is beyond repair. It looks like I'll have to buy another copy or (ugh) watch the theatrical version.
user092840:
You can get really cheap replacements for fucked up DVD's @ Half.com most of the time...
I've had to replace a few DVD's in the last month or so and got some really good deals there biggrin

If all the actors who have played James Bond formed a gang, George Lazenby would be the one who would tag along saying "Can I come with you guys? Can I? Huh, huh, huh?"

There's always more Buffy. You'll have to live with it.

My Thoughts:
Sarcazmo in the 8th Dimension

Update: I'm not leaving this site, people... I just don't want to duplicate my ramblings in both places. I'll still be around, so no worries there. robot

My friend Krista kicks major ass. No matter what she's doing, she always takes time out to listen to me vent, even if it's about unimportant shit (which there's ALWAYS quite a bit of). She never says anything like "I'm too busy to talk to you" or "Go bother someone else." I feel I can confide in her and tell her anything without feeling like...

What a beautiful declaration of friendship. My pal calls me "Gin-Soaked Girl". It's not as sentimental, but it works.

A day isn't complete in this city without a thunderstorm or two...

I'm going through all my 500+ cd's to listen to hidden treasures I've forgotten about. Case in point: Fear Factory's Demanufacture. I was getting so many stares playing this at work today, I had to don my headphones. muhahaha.

Looker is a total sci fi type movie with albert finney..
it's actually a michael crichton film. they take models and kill them, replacing the models with a visual "perfect" model.

ha HA .. my favorite part is the kid with the cereal towards the end.. its from 81 so it is a bit more classic then the others..

There's a special place in hell reserved for the fucking dicksmacks who drag their bitchy girlfriends to movies they don't want to see and then ask questions through the entire fucking thing. mad

Baha, some guy called me a dumb fuck on the boards because he didn't get my Coming To America reference.
