yeah, that's why i'm wanting to move west--for the sunshine--but i wonder about the heat. your description of it as being like the snow in the midwest sounds accurate.
i'm glad that you got used to the desert landscape. i've wondered about that too. i'm kind of thinking maybe northern california, but not so far north that rain becomes an issue. very expensive though, so i don't know how i can do it.
what brought you out there from ohio? have you ever lived in california anywhere?

did you also have a stiff neck? i had a problem with migraine headaches that turned out to be neck problems. physical therapy fixed my neck (entering the early stages of osteo-arthritis, had it not been fixed) and my headaches have never come back. i'm 37. these things happen to people "our age". ugh.
