If you got, let's say, a 180-lb. male -- we can figure out how to "get" him later -- I think it's reasonable to assume, given that he's in halfway decent shape (minimal blubber, exercises three times a week), he would dress out at about 100 lbs. of useable meat, yes. It wouldn't all be prime meat, as we've discussed, but the guts can't weigh more than 80 lbs.

Muscle tips the scales at a lot more than fat, so you wouldn't want, for example, the SG member Vim. From what I've seen of him, ELpH might be good. BigDirtyS would probably be just right. I would eat Mei in a flash, but that's something else.
