Yeah - we used to have that same problem with the last house mate. We just went with a different internet company - same $$$ more bandwith So now we have plenty. (Well actaully we were with telstra and they only had the advertised speed when we were accessing there site - for every other site it was like using dial up. So it was sucking for WoW and dling. They said it wasnt their fault, I told them bullshit left the contract anyways and am following through things with the telecommunications ombodsman). You will have it soon anyways

that movie is quiet grand i must addmit, but have you seen elton john goes to paris, its a romantic thriller based in the 1930s. he gaggs alot and gets shot in the end. I cried, oh how i cried.

Do what I do when I have a crappy customer? Put them on hold or just say "May I please put you on hold?" then pick up a stereo and press play (make sure it is really shitty music) while totally ignoring her then press pause and say " Can you please hold a little longer? Your business is very important to us." then press play again.

Something like that happened to me once when I first started my job in London and at the end of the day some guy said he wanted to buy something as I was closing the doors. So I let him in, figuring my boss was like all my other bosses: "A sale is a sale."
My boss saw me do it and went "Hang on... what are you doing? No way, sorry mate, we're closed. You'll have to come back tomorrow." I was just thinking "OMG I love this place!"

I've had similar experiences with rude customers, too, and I became very accustomed to saying things along the lines of: "I've been respectful and polite with you, but you've failed to reciprocate. This store is happy to forgo business from someone who treats its staff that way (I never checked if that was true or not). You'll need to go elsewhere in the future if you continue to behave this way."

They shut the fuck up and forced a smile every time.
