There was, for a few brief moments this afternoon a period when I was having, simultaneously, a real life conversation, a land line conversation, two AIM conversations, an E Mail conversation and an SMS text conversation.

I cannot decide whether to shout "Damn, I'm good!" or burn all of my possessions and go live in a yurt.

No way, I've got nine days in so far. I could have never imagined I'd be able to exercise this much restraint and willpower. Trust me its good, and I have enough to burn off that a little fasting won't hurt. I've been exercising vigorously as well and my old muscles are stating to show.

This whole thing has been a tremendous wake up call for me. On so many different levels. One thing is for certain I know that I don't want to love again. I'm just no good at it.

Its 11:17AM and thus far none of the awful things I was anticipating have come to pass. I'm now wondering if I've dodged a bullet, or merely compressed the awful into a shorter and later period of time.

In other news, its freakin' hot.

Perhaps I can get myself fired and go to the beach.

Between the stress of the last couple of weeks, and the stress of my stress relievers, I believe I'm plumb wore out.

I think this week needs to be about food, sleep and exercise or the holidays are going to kill me.

I just looked at those pics in your pics..uh, NAST ?...Hmmm.. I used to have lots of fun w/ GHOST, NEO , and LOST, ....... Last summer I ,even ran south down the 6 tracks from Canal ,to the old Worth St.station , and to my surprise saw a few throw-ups I did in the early 80's . weird.
