About the Armed Forces - well one thing I heard is they put stuff in the water to sort of...prevent erections, etc. Basically. They don't want the troops gettin all freaky on each other. They do the same in prisons. Same stuff, whatever it is. I totally forgot the name. Doesn't work on everyone though...At least that's what I heard. Could be wrong though. But I guess when they get out and they aren't ingesting it all the time they realize *wow hey I can sport wood!!!* Like I said I could be wrong though, but an Ex MP told me that.
