and yes that is tiny tim. it's from an album cover by an old portland punk/hardcore band called Poison Idea. one of my favorite album covers of all time. one of the best punk albums of all time. you should check it out.
they do a song on the wipers tirbute 14 Songs for Greg Sage. they do Up Front. killer version too.
anyways. i went on the IM thingy today and you weren't there
