@ferkixlll I used to like a combination of black tea + raspberry jam in childhood, I was told that it can help even during a flu, but now I don't eat any jams because they're too sweet for me 😅 Thank you so much for finding time to watch my vid ❤️

On the whole I try to avoid things with lots of added sugar, but since it might be months between mugs of Tea it is a nice treat.
