My mom made carnitas, carne asada, grilled squash, black beans and rice... oh man, was it good! I've decided that for right now, my diet plan is going to be more fruits and veggies than anything else, no protein and carbs in the same meal, and no carbs after 12 pm. That's something I can follow.
