Ha! not to worry, I didn't come off as stupid to me. YOu wouldn't beleive the comments I get as a vegan. Recently my boss called me a communist! (to support that, I'll be wearing a hammer and sickle shirt to work tomorrow)
To be honest though, switching to veganism isn't difficult at all. I cut out processed food from my diet a few years ago, so i was already in the habit of preapring my own meals. Just had to cut out a few ingredients really. Although i do expect a certain quality of food, you'll only ever see me eating the best, no vegan gruel for me!

i caved last night and bought myself a winter coat.
for the past three years i've managed not to freeze by wearing layers and a winter vest. i was extremely glad for the warmth this morning while i was scraping the ice of my windshield.
i am so not a fan of the cold.

To answer your question, THe show had less then 4000 people. Imagine that arena with only that many people, it was barren. The echo as a result was awful and it took the engineers about 3-4 songs to correct for that. But the worst was the crowd. It honeslty looked like it was made up mostly of people who only had a passing familiarity with band. A lot of government worker types that showed up in their work suits. I've seen them live in other cities and it was a crazy and intense show! Sold out crowds and everyone dressing goth or at least dressing up.
