A detox is good for you. It helps reset your body and appetite for a healthier lifestyle. It's turned hot up here in Kingston and I am guzzling water to keep up with my hydration needs nowadays.
Back from Vegas. Been in an emotional slump lately. Can't seem to get out of it. Going to spend some time with friends today maybe that will cheer me up.
