my accordion is an octave and 2 notes big with 8 buttons. I have a very rudimentary understanding of keyboards, but I find my way around on it ok. Only problem is having to transpose everything to fit within it's range. Makes some things outta mine.
But, playing accordian is sexy. So go for it.

I loved Jeet Kune Do although it's not a martial art, per say (Kung Fu San Soo is more of the martial art application of tghe Jeet Kune DO philosophy). What's great about it is that it borrows from most of the really effective martial arts (Wing Chun, Akido, Jujitsu, Chinese boxing, etc) but focuses on what works about them, and gets rid of of all the unneccessary elements of each. Bruce Lee really understood the machinics of martial arts, and really developed a very intellectual, straight-foward approach that makes alot of sense. Plus it's designed to focus on each person's natural strengths . And it's still very spiritual, too; it's just just some self-defense thing.

Although Akido is a really interesting form; the best thing to do I'd say is to talk to the teachers and see who you feel more confident in, and who you can learn the most from.
