Rice pudding rules. My Gran makes the most amazing rice pudding. So thick and sticky you could literally plaster walls with it. I keep meaning to get the recipe off her so she doesn't die with the secret.

Grand Designs is brilliant tv, I love the ambition the people show and it's unique in having a really non-smug presenter unlike the rest of tv these days.
