@mrsoul I believe it is German for "shit" lol 😂 that's what my old instructor called the move I did. My Instagram is linked to the site, but if I post a video on Instagram it doesn't load on here the same.

@penny__dreadful I did a Google search and got to the Urban Dictionary where there's a little disagreement. Some say Shiza is German for Shit. But one guy says Shit is Scheisse. Syet another says Uber Shiza means Huge Shit.
