haha it was my first time...eating bugs. They have a new Insectarium in New Orleans and near the end of the museum a gourmet chief prepared different snacks with insects. It was actually good! Tasted like potatoes haha
bah. so the Boy had court today. a while ago his license had been suspended, but he got the paperwork in the mail saying he could renew it, that he was "legal". he got pulled over before he got it reinstated. so. court was for being pulled over while "license suspended". except technically he was legal to drive again. he doesn't qualify for a public defender, the judge won't see him without a lawyer, we can't afford one. the court date was pushed back because of the no lawyer thing. and then he could STILL get a minimum of 7 days in jail, maximum of a year.
AND he wanted to just talk to the police officer because the officer will probably drop the charge if he knows The Boy was, in fact, legal to drive. just didn't have the time, the day OF the letter, to get it done. but the officer signed in and then never showed up in the court room.
The days seem to have gotten better for me I noticed. Even though its a part time job and I'm still looking for full time it turns out I get Medical/Dental which is actually very cool.
