Oh, today in my Music Appreciation class we were watching the Detroit Symphony Orchestra perform Beethoven's 9th. But the coolest part about it? Patti Smith was hosting the whole thing. She gave all the background information on it and everything. It was really cool seeing a Channel Thirteen production with all these *proper* music lovers and here among them you have Patti Smith. It was great to see.
