I love your numbers 4 and 5. I call it “doing a good deed daily”. Once in a while when I’m in the drive thru for a Starbucks or something, I’ll pay for the person behind me. Then as I drive away, I’ll look in the rear view mirror to see their reaction. You never know what someone is going through. They could have just been at the hospital with a sick relative and you just brightened their day. I’m also what is called an “empath”. So, when others are in pain emotionally or sad, I don’t even have to know them....I can feel their pain/anguish in a very real way.
