Like the others said Hopefully there's enough info to find this scumbag. In most states this is a felony.I can be sure there is some evidence on his car as well as her bike. Make sure there is a full police report and investigation done.Follow up with the cops on a periodic basis.Obviously this scum cares about no one but himself. Maybe put a public notice(newspaper) with what info you do have time ,date ,area where it happened asking for witnesses.Somebody had to see it. I wish her all the best and full recovery.
