Im having a really hard time just letting it go. When I get overwhelmed with life all that emotion balls up in my throat and pushes against my eyes. Dwelling is my issue. Dwell doubt and self hatred. I just have to let it all go, just release it....

Sounds like you could use a bicycle ride. Any time stress gets to be too much that's what I do is get out n ride. Or go for a jog. Swimming is super super nice too. Anything where I can push my body and make it perform as highly as possible. After I do that, I dunno, nothing seems to bother me. Just be sure and stretch beforehand. Maybe practice your yoga, but regardless, stretch all of the muscles you're gonna be using. It'll help a ton, trust me. 
So I just got in another car accident. What fucking fun to watch your not even 1 month old car be towed away.
