Thanksgiving... I never mind with the whole pilgrim thing... It's all about the food. I'm looking forward to a nice little trip to La Jolla for the day to eat with my in laws and adopted family.

the weather is now cooling off here and wow I feel like I am coming alive. I feel like cooking and baking and playing outside. I haven't gotten much done in the last couple of days... I guess it's falll fever for me!!!!

i have issues with cigarette smoke as well.. being that i work in a "lounge" in washington, where it is still okay to smoke most any where, i'm pretty much screwed.
i hate the fact that i am losing years off of my life for sheer virtue of the environment that i work in. its actually kind of depressing if you think about it.

oh nice! did you stay in sam's room or another one in that hotel? they just had another opening on thursday or wednesday last week - were you here for that? i haven't been by there since way earlier this year when sam was still trying to finish it up.. we've been trying to get it for a night or weekend for months, but every time we try, it seems to be booked. sucky for us, but great the hotel is doing so well!
