7 pounds of body fat lost total.
Still at my same weight though, which means that I am gaining muscle. Which is good. I just wish I could TELL that I was losing weight!!!

Body Fat percentage went from 47.6 to 47.3
Now I have 155 pounds of fat, verses 160 and its been two weeks!!
I feel good.
